Due to the high demand for healthy foods and the continual growth of this market in Europe, the company is actively seeking international food distributors and large retailers in the European Union who want to enter the European market with the First Ready-to-Eat Vegetable Protein Ceviche, a unique product available on the international market.

Inspired by the pursuit of a Healthier Lifestyle, after the Covid pandemic and several economic setbacks; the company was born in January 2021 to industrialize a family recipe that would respond to the growing demand for foods in the healthy segment.

Based on the medical expertise of one of its co-founders, they embarked on an innovative journey in developing plant-based protein foods, BPA-free canned goods (long-lasting), which maintain their nutritional properties, ensuring a product rich in vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals; without preservatives, colorants, or flavorings; with the aim of prioritizing health, environmental sustainability, and animal welfare.

During the first year, they conducted market research in Los Angeles, California, Spain, and South America; developed a business plan with a 10-year financial projection; obtained health registrations in Colombia; registered their brand; and developed their first minimum viable product, their flagship product: Vegetable Protein Ceviche, canned, ready-to-eat, nutritionally balanced, and functional.

After a year of dedicated work, they made their debut in the Colombian market. They started in January 2022, they conducted over 4,000 personalized tastings to validate the product's acceptance at fairs, events, health food stores, and neighborhood shops, and they had a commercial presence in 18 Health Food Stores in the Colombian market.

In the first quarter of 2023, they formalized a Collaboration Agreement with the AAM Distributor and Comestibles DAN, thereby achieving the financial and production capacity to serve the international market.

Subsequently, the company signed a Confidentiality and Exclusivity Agreement for the Development of Sauces and Premixes for their products with the multinational Griffit Food, achieving international standards for their raw materials and the traceability of the vegetables used. In the second quarter of 2023, the company registered its product with the FDA.

The production plant of Comestibles DAN processes Vegetable Protein Ceviche, which holds HACCP and the Sustainable U.S. Soy Certification Mark license agreement, along with ISO 9001 and FDA registrations. It also has authorization from the WFP for Colombia. Additionally, the company has implemented SAGRILAFT within its operations.

The company promotes reuse, recycling, and the use of eco-friendly packaging materials, selecting cans without internal plastic coating and labels without plastic coating. Furthermore, their products do not include animal protein.

They tailor flavors to align with the food culture of the target country or region, and their plant-based proteins offer a delicious taste.

To enter the market, they will start with a single flavor, but they have already developed three more flavors, with and without spice, and new plant-based protein products.
