General information
- Short Summary
- The company has been working for the most demanding clients in Poland and Europe since 2005. It offers high-volume industrial plating of steel, copper and aluminium. Its services include: barrel (drum) and rack galvanization, chrome plating, phosphate coating, nickel plating, powder coating, zinc flake coating, and silver plating of aluminium.
- Full Description
-
The company deals with industrial steel coating in large quantities. It was established in 2005 and employs almost 200 people, including specialists with many years of experience in the industry. Business partners are companies from abroad and from Poland - from the automotive, furniture, construction and machinery industries.
The company's focus is to provide the best possible quality. To this end, it performs mechanical and chemical testing in laboratory setting. It conducts X-Ray thickness measurements of coatings and verifies corrosion resistance in a salt spray cabinet. This approach allows to optimize its plating processes on an ongoing basis.
Its services include:
Decorative chrome plating - Plating of metal objects with chromium. Chrome plating is usually performed using electrolysis-based methods. Chromium is a silvery metal with a bluish tint. The chromium decorative coating is applied onto a nickel sub-laye.
Zinc galvanization - An extremely popular method of protecting metal objects against corrosion.
Phosphate coating - Phosphate coatings are a type of conversion coating applied with heavy metal solutions, mainly Zn and Mn solutions.
Nickel plating - Electroplating a layer of nickel onto a metal object.
Silver plating - Plating different kinds of surfaces with silver, usually pure silver. By applying a uniform, durable coating, the plated material can be protected against corrosion, while at the same time its appearance is improved.
Cathode electrophoretic painting (KTL) - Also known as cathode electrophoretic coating, or cathodic electrophoretic painting. The best method for protective coating. - Advantages and Innovations
-
Quality - own laboratory, coating thickness measurement using the X-ray method, corrosion resistance tested in a salt chamber. Close cooperation with friendly external laboratories.
Flexibility – individually agreed logistics and storage solutions.
Experience - operating in the industry for almost 20 years, cooperation with demanding customers from the automotive industry (our coatings protect elements of Audi, Mercedes, VW, Jaguar, Porsche, Skoda, BMW, Ford cars). Adequate production capacity and experience in implementing large, demanding projects. - Technical Specification or Expertise Sought
- Minimum volume required, raw metal - depending on the type of process - steel, cast steel, cast iron, zinc-aluminum alloys. Manufacturers of elements such as: headrest handles, rockers, window fittings, furniture fittings, pins, etc. (customers requiring protective or protective-decorative coatings).
