BiH company production activities are carried out in such a way that foreign clients sends technical drawings with characteristics requiring specific products usually in limited series, or providing a sample of product needed to be produced. Metal processing services that client offers may include:
*processing of elements on classic lathes
*processing of elements by CNC milling on materials such as steel (alloy, stainless), aluminum, bronze and copper,
*processing of elements by CNC turning of various dimensions (up to 200 mm diameter and 1000 mm length) on steel, aluminum, bronze and copper,
*straight and circular machine drilling.
Available services that require engagement of network of cooperates:
*welding and sandblasting services,
*thermal treatment of elements by tempering (cooling of steel in order to improve resistance to brittleness, cracking and corrosion),
*nitrating (the surface layer of steel is enriched with nitrogen atoms by diffusion, in order to increase hardness, resistance to wear and increase dynamic strength),
*finishing services that can include various coatings, electroplating and chemical treatment, depending on market requirements.
Production is organized in the workshop area and is carried out on CNC machines (milling machine) as well as on conventional machines and tools.
