Silvan – Natural Handmade Cosmetics is a vegan, natural handmade cosmetics brand that distinguishes itself with its innovative packaging solution - biodegradable seed paper. Their packaging offers a unique experience to customers, who can plant the packaging after use and witness the growth of beautiful wildflowers.
The packaging designs are inspired by the ancient Illyrian people and their prehistoric tribal art. The Illyrians worshipped Silvanus, a deity associated with wild nature, forests, and pastures. This god held particular importance among the Illyrians in central Dalmatia, where the company is located.
All of Silvans products are handcrafted and made using natural ingredients like saponified oils, essential oils, and additives like ground coffee, sea salt, or activated charcoal. There are no synthetic fragrances or dyes, and no drying alcohol. The products are made in small batches to ensure their freshness and preservation in a natural way.
The products line includes :
• BLACK & PURE (activated charcoal • tea tree essential oil) is a facial cleansing soap that perfectly removes impurities, cleans pores and makes them less visible thus helping you to achieve a flawless complexion
• SEA NYMPH (sea salt • mandarin essential oil coconut • jojoba oil) is an exfoliating body soap. Sea salt removes toxins from the skin while at the same time helping in the absorption of nutrients from the jojoba oil
• DAYDREAM (mix of five vegetable oils + lavender) is a hand & body soap that softens and regenerates the skin and has strong hydrating properties
• COFFEE TO GrOw (coffee • sweet orange) is an exfoliating body soap in which coffee beans act as an exfoliant and have cellulite reduction properties
• ALL YOU NEED IS SOAP is a gift box containing three carefully crafted soaps that will meet all the basic needs of your daily beauty routine - everything you need for flawlessly clean skin “from head to toe”.
• ILLYRIA’S GIFT is a new product available in a limited series. In cooperation with Marie Theres Crochet, we have prepared for you a hand-woven basket with a wooden bottom containing four Silvan soaps: Black & Pure, Daydream, Coffee to GrOw, Sea Nymph
