A German engineering company is specialised in the customised CAD/CAM-based manufacture of turned, milled as well as additive manufactured parts and components of very high precision for integration into medical, optical and photonic devices. Currently, the company offers single parts as well as small and medium series production. Customers include well-known corporations in Germany and Switzerland.
The company would like to further develop its portfolio and get involved in the development of entire electronic systems, assemblies, devices, instruments and tools according to customer requirements. This includes all development steps from the technical specifications, product design and development, material selection, the optimal manufacturing process, prototype construction, EMC testing, product validation as well as the preparation of operating and service manuals. The objective is to achieve system readiness for series production as well as their commercial exploitation.
The company has both the latest 3D CAD, CAM and 3D printing software as well as the necessary technical staff for high-precision and rapid product development from the initial idea to market maturity. With regard to mechanical engineering and tool construction, the company can offer interdisciplinary solutions for the implementation of customer requirements such as electronics, optics and mechanics.
