General information

Short Summary
The company offers services in the area of metal surface treatments - pickling, passivation, blasting and painting of steel and other materials.
It specializes on stainless steel, carbon steel, duplexes, martensites, ferrites, aluminium, copper, bronze and other materials.
The company's main customers are companies producing from stainless steel, carbon steel and other metals. Namely, for example, pharmaceuticals, food industry, nuclear energy, aerospace and others.
Full Description
The Czech company is a service provider in the field of metal surface treatments. The origins of the company date back to 1989 when a small business developed into an independent operating company over the years, which currently has about 70 employees. During the last 5 years the company has started to reach out to foreign markets and now has several customers from foreign countries.
The company is looking for long-term cooperation and business relationships in Austria, Germany and Poland.

The company is looking for partners to cooperate on the basis of outsourcing agreement in following services:
- Pickling, passivation and other chemical cleaning
One of the main operations of the company is the chemical surface treatments. Pickling, passivation, copper cleaning and other chemical surface treatments are carried out here.
- Pickling and passivation of stainless steel
With the right procedure and environment, stainless steel should be protected against corrosion for the rest of its life (but this can be affected by, for example, the environment where it is situated, or further damages to the protective passive layer). For stainless steel, it can be a final treatment.
- Pickling and passivation of carbon steel
Pickling and passivation of carbon steel is not a finishing process, but a preparation for further surface treatments such as blasting and painting. Otherwise, the chemical process is similar - parts are pickled and then passivated.
- Chemical cleaning of other materials and high-alloy steels
In addition to carbon and stainless steel processes, the company has developed chemical cleaning processes for copper, bronze, brass and high-alloy steels (duplexes and superduplexes, martensites, ferrites, nickel alloys).
- Chemical surface treatments at the customer's site and on assembly
In the case that the parts cannot be delivered directly to the plant, the company provides chemical surface treatment directly at the customer's premises and at the assembly site. The resulting surface quality is equal to quality achieved directly at the company's own plant. Pipeline flushing can also be carried out directly at the customer's site, for example in wastewater treatment plants.
- Shot blasting and wet painting

The company's second main activity is mechanical surface treatment, which includes shot blasting and wet painting. The company's great advantage is the ability to blast to very low roughness down to Ra 0.8 micrometres. The overall range of the resulting roughness is between Ra 0.8 and 6.3 micrometres.
Stainless steel blasting can be a finishing process. Carbon steel blasting can be followed up with wet painting.
The company standardly blasts with several types of abrasives and can provide others on request. Standard abrasives include glass beads of various roughness, ceramic, corundum and steel grit.
Wet blasting
By the end of 2025, the company plans to launch a new technology - wet blasting. This technology can achieve surface roughness in the Ra range of 0.2 to 0.8 micrometers. It is particularly suitable for the food and pharmaceutical industries, where the final cleanliness and surface roughness is very important.

DIMENSIONS
For pickling and passivation, the company has 6 baths available with maximum dimensions of 12 metres in length, 2 metres in width and 3 metres in depth. For carbon steel, the company uses a bath with dimensions of 17 metres in length, 2 metres in width and 2 metres in depth.
If the parts do not fit in the tubs, are made of composite material, or cannot be immersed for other reasons, the company has a spray box 20 metres long, 8 metres wide and 8 metres deep (5x5 metres door).
The company has constructed a modern laboratory with 10 baths for cleaning small parts.
For blasting and painting, the company has 5 blast boxes with maximum dimensions of 18 meters in length, 5 in width and 5 in length.

Partner Sought

Expected Role of a Partner
The company is looking for partners for outsourcing services in mechanical engineering, food and pharmaceutical industries (machinery), nuclear industry, aerospace and other areas that produce products from stainless steel, carbon steel and other materials. For these companies, surface treatments of metals must be important to ensure the final quality and appearance of the surface.
The company offers high quality surface treatments thanks to its own procedures and more than 30 years of experience, time and deadline flexibility, a high degree of individual approach, expert consultations before the process itself and more.
After establishing contact, the company expects to receive an inquiry that specifies the customer's requirements and expectations (what processes should be performed, what the result should look like), or they can request a consultation. It is advisable to send drawings of the parts along with the inquiry. An offer is then created, and if necessary, quality managers meet to agree on the method of execution. After this phase is completed and the final order is registered, the customer brings the goods to the company and they are surface treated and packaged according to the previous agreement. After sending a notification of the completed order, the customer can pick up the goods.
