Full Description

The Danish company restores old furniture, but they also sell canopies for boats.
As the Danish company already has cooperation partners in Poland and thereby have their logistic platform running in Poland, a Polish partner has first priority, but all European partners will be considered.
The preferred partner is a larger company that specializes exclusively in canopies.
The Danish company wants to gather their production of boat canopies in one place, as the current suppliers in Denmark are primarily one-person companies with long delivery times.
The concept is that the Danish company manages all marketing, receives all incoming Danish orders, and coordinates when and where the measurement work (size, length, width etc.) for each canopy shall be done.
The requested European partner must then be able to send an employee to do the actual measuring of the canopies. For example, the Danish company will collect orders in one part of Denmark in a certain week and in another part of Denmark in another week, and after collecting the orders the exact measurement work must be done by visiting the boat and measure the width and length of the canopy.
After measurement (done by the European partner) the canopies shall be made by the European supplier, and when ready, the canopies shall be send to Denmark and mounted on the boats. In the beginning of the cooperation the European partner must send an employee to Denmark to mount the canopies on the boats (the Danish company will coordinate with the boat owners), but later on the Danish company might be able to do that part of the work.
The Danish company seeks a very specialized canopy maker, and not a sewing studio or the like. It is therefore important that it is a supplier that already has the experience and knowhow about manufacturing canopies.
