The Danish company specialising in high-quality chili sauces has also developed its own recipe for hummus. The company today has three signature chili sauces – classic, extra hot, and smoked – that are aromatic, authentic, and based on family recipes passed down through generations. These sauces are crafted with sun-ripened tomato paste, spicy chili, rapeseed oil, and a mix of herbs, and are produced under ISO 9001 and BRC Global Standard for Food Safety.
The company is now looking to outsource the production of hummus. The hummus will be made from the Danish company’s own proprietary recipe, which uses standard, high-quality chickpeas, tahini, and other traditional ingredients.
The ideal partner is a food manufacturer already working under certified quality and food safety standards and with experience in handling and processing chickpeas and similar plant-based products.
