General information

Short Summary
A Dutch SME in the electric vehicle manufacturing sector offers robust, road-approved electric utility vehicles, designed for both off-road and on-road use. It is seeking partners for local assembly, servicing, and distribution under commercial and outsourcing agreements.
Full Description
A company based in the Netherlands, active in the manufacturing of electric utility vehicles, offers a range of high-quality, fully electric vehicles for agricultural, industrial, and municipal applications. The vehicles are designed for both on-road and off-road use and are characterized by their robust build, cost efficiency, and compliance with European road standards.

The organisation seeks to expand internationally through its “Export 2.0” initiative by finding capable partners to assemble and service vehicles locally. These partnerships will enable the company to better meet regional market demands and reduce logistical complexity. The preferred partners are those with an existing dealer network who can integrate the vehicles into their current portfolio. However other interested parties, planning to transition their portfolio are also invited to respond.

The proposed cooperation includes two types of agreements that in combination should lead to a close partnership. An outsourcing agreement is proposed for taking over the assembly of the vehicles locally, ensuring proximity to the end user and supporting faster servicing and customization combined with a commercial agreement for acting as distributors and manage local sales and marketing activities.

Through international cooperation, the company aims to build a network of regional hubs capable of assembling and maintaining its vehicles, thereby strengthening its global presence while maintaining the quality and service standards associated with Dutch manufacturing.
