- A Dutch SME has developed a seal test inspection system that can be used to test bags or pouches in the food, beverage or pharmaceutical industry for air and liquid tightness. The system increases efficiency (prevents loss of good product, case packers crash less, savings on personnel costs). The company focuses exclusively on development and engineering and is looking for a partner with an international network to collaborate under a commercial agency, distribution or licensing agreement.

A Dutch SME with extensive knowledge of developing and engineering machinery to automate production processes. In the past the company already delivered proven concepts.
The newest development is the seal testing inspection system. This machine is able to non-destructive test bags and pouches on the fly with speeds up to 180 items per minute on air and liquid tightness. It is also possible to check duplicate packages.
Especially now that the health and safety legislation is becoming stricter along with a
shortage of unskilled personnel who still want to do this work at all, this machine
will automatically find its place in the (automated) packaging process.
Other advantage are:

less crashes
- Check non-destructively in-line flexible bags for tightness/leakage/minimum and
maximum
- All pouch measurements are logged (Date, Time and thickness) data is suitable for

- The detection quality will be a mix of differential measurement, so called pressure
drop guarding, and threshold measurement.
A few systems are build and installed at customers world wide.
As the company only has focus on the development and engineering it has no own capabilities to market the application. A sales and marketing strategy needs to be developed and then be implemented. The markets that are interested for this solution are beverages, food, chemical and pharma.
The partner preferably has a network in these industries and knows how to successfully introduce this application to the market. The partner can also take care of the after sales activities.
