Full Description
SME located in North-West Italy, founded in 1995 as internet solution and web related services provider (such as website development, e-mail and hosting), progressively expanded its business to the asset management sector and, more recently, to IoT solutions development within Industry 4.0 framework.
In this context, the company has developed a last generation Energy Analytics System (EAS) aimed at boosting energy efficiency of industrial plants through energy consumption monitoring, allowing to perform periodic energy audits based on real-time data collection concerning:
- Electricity / Gas / Water
- Other utilities: industrial gases / compressed air
The EAS software, available both in “in-cloud” and “on-premise” versions, provides a detection system that can be easily extended to measure technical operating parameters of each individual plant/machine, enabling to carry out analyses on the operating/use methods in order to decide the best energy saving strategies (such as adoption of new technologies, optimization of production plans, targeted maintenance interventions, etc.). Moreover, the detection system can be easily scalable and extended to other plants.
Energy consumption can be monitored either through web or through app, detecting data related both to energy use (production output) and to operating data of 4.0 machines and plants, through advanced technologies (such as IoT, Big Data and Artificial Intelligence).
The technology is already on the market and the company business is well established in the Italian market, mainly targeting the manufacturing sector.
The company now wishes to enter new EU and extra-EU markets, establishing new partnerships under commercial agreement with technical assistance. Ideal partners are system integrators and energy managers active in the manufacturing sector, as well as distributors with technical background and specific market knowledge.
