Full Description
Thanks to solid partnerships and in-depth knowledge of the market and suppliers, this company can meet requests for tens of thousands of parts or thousands of m3. The customer doesn't have to worry about production follow-up or transport organization, and has a single point of contact who takes care of everything, from quotation to delivery, including customs clearance where necessary.

Three types of products are sold:

- The basics:
rough lumber/rough piles or forest peeled. Rough lumber is unbarked wood (with bark). It is the result of the very first wood processing, which involves felling the young tree or log, delimbing it and putting it on the road. In the simplest terms, this wood is the whole tree, but without its branches.

- Finished woods: the roundwood range:
the second finishing stage is debarking or planing. The logs are machined, again with the help of the human hand, in Bezner-type debarking or peeling machines; manual or (semi-) automatic machines whose dimensions, scope and technicality vary according to and depend on the size (length and diameter of the trunk). The result is perfectly smooth, white (or pinkish in the case of larch, Douglas fir and pine) logs. White peeled retain their primary taper and are highly sought-after as a very authentic.

- Finished lumber:
the sawn lumber range: Similar to round timber, sawn timber has several finishing stages and can be of different grades (choice or class). The 1st choice is made from healthy, fresh wood for the production of garden timber, construction timber, framing lumber and structural timber. The lowest grades are grade 3 and grade 2, with wood from logs and bark-treated logs, i.e. with blue/heated/knotty/wavy/split wood, for certain industrial applications (formwork, pallet production, etc.). Sawn timber is either square (plots) or rectangular: battens, planks and laths. These rough timbers can be dried, soaked and impregnated with class IV autoclave. Planed lumber: rough sawn lumber is planed to obtain a very smooth finish in very precise sections and lengths; it can also be grooved, dried and autoclaved.
