The Finnish Edtech company offers an innovative online and lifelong learning platform designed to enhance teacher training and continuous professional development of any kind of teacher.

Unlike traditional teacher training, the model focuses on a lifelong learning experience and a post-course support designed in 3 levels: 1) peer-to-peer review system, 2) learning analytics for institutional support, and 3) AI mentoring to ensure practical application. Through learning challenges, it certifies 16 essential pedagogical competencies for an effective teaching, grouped into 4 dimensions: planning, facilitation, evaluation and leadership. It also activates 60 skills for memorable teaching.

The company is looking for a cooperation partner to expand into Germany and German speaking countries, Austria and Switzerland. The company is especially interested in contributing to the German Startchancen Program, the government initiative to support schools with a high proportion of underserved students, by offering a continuous professional development (CPD) program. The German version of the program is being finalized.
