This Finnish farm is established 1914 and is now runned by 4th generation and fifth already growing. They are specialized in cultivating broad beans. They have their own mills where they make use of the entire broad bean. All their products are also packed on-site in the farm.
Their products are broad bean based and real Nordic superfood. They contain 28-29 % protein and 13,6% - 18% fiber and they are also naturally gluten free.
The farms products are sold for example in Italy and Sweden.

Roasted and Salted Broad Beans:
o ready to eat as a snack, finger food or as a salad topping
o Gluten-free, Nut-free, Vegan
Ground Broad Beans
o Requires cooking before eating and it will swell to double the amount.
o Suitable for vegetable cutlets, bread & rolls and sauces.
o Gluten-free, Lactose-free, Vegan.
Roasted, Ground Broad Beans
o Ground broad beans, roasted with no added oil or salt.
o Suitable for overnight oats, muesli, granola or as a salad topping.

Broad Bean Flour
o Requires cooking before eating and it will swell to double the volume.
o Suitable for porridge, baking, thickening sauces or replacing breadcrumbs.

o 100 % whole raw broad beans. Requires cooking before eating and it will swell in size.
