The company intervenes in several fields of application, with a strong innovation in the Building Information Modeling (BIM).
Two main services are proposed for the BIM :
1. The company offers a support tool that allows BIM modelers to save time in modelisation of 3D digital model (.ifc) from a 3D pointcloud. The solution adopts a Software as a Service (SaaS) approach, that needs to give to the processing platform a 3D pointcloud to analyze.
2. The company offers a time-saving assistance tool for quality control of 3D digital models for the building industry. The solution adopts a SaaS approach, which requires providing the platform with the digital model as well as the associated point.
Examples of use cases :
- check the reliability of the model in relation to the point cloud on which it was produced
- check building implementation against the pre-project model
- identify areas to be updated in the mock-up for management, operation and maintenance purposes.
Business model of the company relied on virtual credits to be able to process 3D data.
Several offers are proposed depending on the amount of virtual credits need.
Proposed cooperation type is three folds :
1. licence to only use proposed solutions, in order to fullfil a project need. Offers can be customized depending of the need of the target application.
2. licence with an API access of proposed solutions. This allows to increase the value of a product, by easing access of powerful 3D processing, and to increase the scope of addressable market.

For the modelization of digital model from a point cloud, competitors relied on manual efforts. It costs both lot of time and is expensive. For the control service, no concurrent proposed this kind of service between a point cloud and a digital model (ifc).
Proposed services are the result of lot of research years to bring innovative services. It is the result of lot of energy and efforts spent on R&D. Proposed solutions are really interoperable and work on many data formats.
Here is a list of current point clouds formats compatible with proposed services : .ASC, .CSV, .E57, .LAS, .LAZ, .NEU, .PLY, .PTS, .RCP, .RCS, .TXT, .XYZ
The digital model format compatible with the services is .IFC (Industry Foundation Classes). It is an interoperable format which is well compatible with mainly tools.
Further digital model formats, either point cloud or digital model format, could be added depending on the needs and the ability to access to technical specification.
For service of modelization of a digital model from a point cloud :
- input : point cloud in a compatible format
- output : digital model in .IFC format
For service of quality control of 3D digital models :
- input: point cloud in a compatible format, and a digital model in .IFC format
- output : colored point cloud .E57 format, the colors depended of the quality of matching between the point cloud and the digital model
API solutions relied on standard protocols (HTTPS) and JSON format for the data layer.

The goal is to provided added values by pushing developped BIM solutions through a partnership.
Three kinds of partnerships can be identified :
- Partner with needs in the modelization of digital modeling, either this partner is looking for gain of time, or wants to control the quality of the digital modeling from 3D point clouds.
Partnership could take the form of a licence to only use proposed solutions, in order to fullfil partner needs. Offers can be customized depending of the need of the target application.
- Partner which develops solutions or platform and is looking for increase the value of his product (e.g. white-label product). Partnership could take the form of a licence with an API access of proposed solutions. Offers can be customized depending of the need of processing to perform.
- Partner which is a 3D solutions reseller, and wants to provide more added values to his customers. This allows to diversify catalog product and create cross-marketing actions for BIM actors.
