General information

Short Summary
A French SME specialises in electronics and radiofrequency transmitter sensors. It offers an IoT vibrations sensor that predicts the operation of industrial equipment (pump, motor, air compressor, cooling system, conveyor...), alerts in the event of a problem, generally 3-4 weeks before the breakdown and so, reduces maintenance costs. Distributors of IoT telecommunications sensors or sensors/automates for industries, or industrial maintenance companies are being sought for commercial agreements.
Full Description
For manufacturers, the transition to the Industry 4.0 revolution may not be easy, but it's not a matter of choice for companies willing to remain competitive in the global marketplace.

The French company is one of the European leaders in smart sensor solutions and multiprotocol data remote collection systems. It offers predictive maintenance and operating assistance technology, by permanent monitoring of recorded vibrations and temperatures of isolated machines (pump, air conditioning, cold unit, fan, etc.) thanks to its innovative, easy-to-use IoT sensor.

It is a small-sized smart sensor that can be simply attached to a vibrating machine for continuous monitoring. This sensor has a machine learning system and artificial intelligence (AI).

The allotted IoT sensor studies the device and determines its usual operation, then can detect abnormal behaviour signifying a malfunction and thus alert the maintenance team to warn of a future failure (usually 3 to 4 weeks before the breakdown). And that reduces the maintenance costs of industrial sites.

The French company is seeking long-term business partners located in Europe to distribute their IoT sensors under Commercial agreements.
Advantages and Innovations
The offered IoT vibrations sensor is featured with machine learning and AI. It alarms about a coming issue and helps to drastically decrease the maintenance costs.

This IoT sensor provides more efficient services by:
-alerting if it detects gearboxes or belts problems, misalignments, unbalance issues etc.,
-delivering predictive maintenance and conditions monitoring services,
-reducing the downtime of the industrial process,
-decreasing the Total Cost of Ownership of machinery by increasing the life span.

The advantages of this IoT vibrations sensor are:
-easy to fix on machines
-unique product because of embedded analysis
-no setup
-simple access tool for all technicians and operators
-wireless and small (8cmx8cmx2cm)
