The company is currently looking for a slitter rewinder machine that can slit large reels (width 2.40m and diameter 1.50m) into wider reels (width from 51mm up to 100mm) and rewind them into smaller reels (diameter from 100mm up to 200mm). The SME is looking for a partner preferably located in Europe, who can supply a machine either new or second-hand, under a supplier agreement.

Full Description

The French company supports paper and packaging manufacturers and aims to offer tailor-made solutions for paper and cardboard reels of all sizes and diameters.

Currently, the SME is looking for an industrial machine capable of slitting a large reel into several smaller reels and rewinding them into smaller diameter reels. The machine would also enables the company to work on reels with damaged ends during transport, so that they can be slit for resale, thereby avoiding throwing them away.

The machine must be equipped with a continuous reel loading system for slitting. Reel of smaller width can be unwound and rewound with a smaller diameter.

This industrial slitting rewinding machine can be new or second-hand and must be delivered to France. A supplier agreement is being sought with a provider preferably located in Europe.

-paper/cardboard quality from 40gsm (grams square meter) up to 500gsm
-reel weight 500-700kg approx.
-reel diameter max 1.50m
-reel width max 2.40m

Machine output products:
-slit reel with smaller width from 51mm up to 100mm
-rewound reel with smaller diameter from 100mm up to 200mm
