General information
- Short Summary
- The French company is specialised in transforming collected waste to produce primary raw materials in the form of monomers (e.g. ethylene, propylene, styrene...) or carbon, while separating out inert elements (concrete, brick, glass, metal...). The materials produced can then be re-injected into industrial cycles to guarantee a global circular economy for materials, while taking environmental protection into account.
- Full Description
-
The French company is launching the 1st patented ionic recycling technolo-gy, enabling 100% recycling of waste that is currently not recycled, rejected during sorting or mixed with household waste, including all plastics, whether wet or additivated.
This solution has the advantage of transforming collected waste to produce primary raw materials in the form of monomers (e.g. ethylene, propylene, styrene...) or carbon, while separating out inert elements (concrete, brick, glass, metal...).
The materials produced can then be re-injected into industrial cycles to guarantee a global circular economy for materials, while taking environmental protection into account.
Thanks to their ionic catalysts, this recycling of last resort replaces incinera-tion and landfill, considerably reducing overall energy consumption, pollutant emissions and treatment costs for the community.
They are working with waste that cannot be recycled (Complex plastics, edible oils, clothing, effluent, tyres, multi-layer plastics, etc. - all non-inert waste) and can transform them into monomers. - Advantages and Innovations
-
No oil extraction: The French company produces decarbonated monomers from the circular economy. Their solution valorizes the plastic material already produced, whose waste cannot be recycled.
Green chemistry: the catalysts on which their recycling technology is based, are 100% regenerable without consumables.
Decarbonate industry: Their technology provides a solution to a problem that has no solution today: the end-of-life of all plastic waste.
No water consumption: Their environmentally friendly process does not consume water, unlike other processes such as pyrolysis and steam cracking.
Carbon footprint reduction: Their technology emits no CO2 during operation, and uses a mix of renewable energies while transforming waste in situ, thus limiting impacts. - Technical Specification or Expertise Sought

Partner Sought
- Expected Role of a Partner
-
In order to develop their technology, The French company wants to work with partners who would be able to :
- Identify sources of waste
- Enable the French company to treat this waste
- Develop a process for treating certain types of waste that require R&D work (this concerns universities or laboratories)
- Enable the French company to position itself for calls for projects to treat waste deposits
- Treat certain types of waste together
The partner does not have to meet all the criteria, just one.
They are looking for companies that have waste or want to deploy our solutions. They are also interested in public institutions that manage waste.
The main role of the partnership is to give us access to waste sources, or to deploy their solutions by selling our machines to companies that need them.
For research institutions and laboratories, the aim would be to carry out studies and research into the characterisation of local waste. - Type and Size of Partner
