- A French cyber security SME well connected with the cyber ecosystem in Hauts de France region is looking for partners to submit a project on the Digital europe call DIGITAL-2023-SKILLS-05-CYBERACADEMY - Cybersecurity Skills Academy. Thanks to its experience with several customers, it has developed a proven and adaptable e-learning platform to offer customized training modules in cyber security and cyber resilience.

The main mission of the company is to strengthen the cyber resilience of organisations: by helping them to improve the security of their IT systems and to react effectively in the event of a cyber attack.
- The company an integral part of the digital and cyber ecosystem in the Hauts de France region (Campus Cyber, European Digital Innovation Hub).
- With a team of 12 people their areas of expertise are: training, auditing, securing IT systems/infrastructures/solutions, and crisis management.
- The customers range from major accounts (e.g. SMEs) to start-ups and local authorities.
- They have developed expertise and resources in cybersecurity training : design, delivery, original teaching methods (hacker/hacked), etc. They are able to adapt to different levels of technical expertise and different audiences ( the main customer for training is a major DIY distribution group).
- They have developed their own tool : a training and practice platform where they can adapt exercises, courses and content.
- They are interested in joining a proposal on the following topic: DIGITAL-2023-SKILLS-05-CYBERACADEMY. Particularly on the Activity 1: Training programmes for SMEs, start-ups and the public sector for the Cybersecurity Skills Academy with of course possible link with the activity 2 (Activity 2: The Cybersecurity Skills Academy: support operations ). - Advantages and Innovations

They can propose the following contributions for this specific call :
- Develop new training opportunities in connection with NIS2 regulation on DevSecOps approach and crisis management (with the aim of creating training on the organisational and operational aspects).
- developing e-learning training courses
- develop tools for assessing and recognising skills
- upskilling experience
- knowledge of the needs of SMEs and public authorities
With these tools and expertise , the company could contribute to some of the deliverables listed for this call of proposal :
• On-the-job trainings and traineeships opportunities for SMEs and for public administrations in innovative companies in cybersecurity and cybersecurity competence centres;
• Scheme for establishing a cybersecurity competence recognition and professional
