A French SME specialised in drilling and pressuremeter probes is seeking a manufacturer for delivering rubber sheaths and membrane.
A membrane is made with two products that must be assembled with the membrane under the sheath.
Both must be expandable.
Minimal specifications:
The membranes and sheaths mounted on pressuremeter probes must have the following diameter : 60 and 44 (definition of the nominal external diamter of the probes mounted according to NF P-94-110-4).
All other mechanical requirements of these products remain under the professional control of the manufacturer.
Membranes:
Type : extruded rubber membrane without reinforcing cloth
Shape: cylindrical
Delivering shape: rounded and not flat
Sheaths:
Rubber sheath inflatable with or without reinforcing cloth (textile cloth)
Shape: cylindrical
The actual needs per year are: 1000 products x diam. 44 and 1000 x diam.60
If the products really fit, sales' amount can increase with 3000 products (for each diameter) per year. - Technical Specification or Expertise Sought
