The French company specialises in the supply of high-quality raw materials for the packaging and paper industries.
The SME is currently looking for an industrial machine that can slit large reels of paper or cardboard (2.40m wide) with a large diameter (from 1.50m up to 1.80m) into several smaller reels (around 800mm wide) while maintaining the same diameter. The machine would also enable the SME to slit off the ends of coils damaged during transport to make smaller coils and avoid throwing away the defective reels.
The machine must have a reel loading system and must be equipped with a two-axis blade to slit the reel, turn and slit again the reel in the other direction.
The slitting machine may be new or second-hand and should be delivered in France. A supplier agreement is sought with a manufacturer or reseller of industrial machinery, preferably located in Europe. - Technical Specification or Expertise Sought
