A French SME, which is a pioneer in open data and has long-standing experience advising local and national authorities in the field of open data and AI, is looking for partners to expand their activities across the EU market, in particular to support national and local governments in implementing EU legislation on open data and transparency.
In particular, the company can support its customers in the following areas :
● Open Data Directive and the re-use Public Sector Information (PSI)
● Regulation (EU) 2023/138 on high-value datasets
● INSPIRE Directive
● Data Governance Act
● Data Act
● AI Act
They are looking for local partners, with knowledge of the local- and country-specific contexts (policy, legal and technical) to deliver tailored services to local and national authorities such as :
● advisory services: open data strategies (design an implementation; including data governance, management and sharing.
● training: data literacy; data analysis and visualization, AI…
● technical support : tools and methodologies to support organizations throughout the data lifecycle.
They bring with them a wealth of experience as a leading open data player in France.
They work with the most innovative public local data players (Lille European Metropolis, Nantes Metropolis) as well as the highest levels of government (services of the Head of Government; Ministry of Economy and Finance/Environment).
