The German subsidiary of a company with headquarters in the Netherlands offers the following products and services:
• Cloud Communication: enables making phone calls via the Internet at significantly lower costs by avoiding high initial investment for telephone systems.
• IP telephone systems: The actual phone system is housed in a cloud. The security of data is taken care of. Alternatively, the telephone system can be housed in the environment of the customer. The SME is able to put together individual and flexible cloud contracts as well as service packages.
• Contact Center: enables the management of employee productivity and operational costs, as well as the sharing of call content with teams. It also enables seamless integration with back-office systems such as CRM systems.
• Unified Communications: Linking all communication components and smooth collaboration between them, regardless of location, time or equipment.
• Mobile communication and cooperation options (Apps) for working in home offices or as a sales representative outside of the office.
• Connections (DSL and Fibre)
• Providing the platform for calls and connection charges (pay as you go or flat)

The company is looking for suitable partners to jointly develop the market in the respective countries. Sought are sales partners.
These can be IT system houses that resell the products offered to end customers. The German-Dutch SME can then take over the complete customer support and act as an outsourced telecommunication department for the IT system houses if required.
Ideally, cooperation partners should have contacts to potential end customers in relevant sectors (e.g. hotel chains, industrial customers, public institutions and organizations, healthcare facilities, research institutes). In principle, however, the products and services are suitable for all sectors. Also contacts to purchasing cooperatives can be an advantage.
Role of the partner is to sell the products and services to end customers under his own name or the name of the Durch-German company. The German-Durch company will then deliver additional support when cloud telephony solutions are planned and implemented on-site.
Beforehand, partners will receive extensive training and certification opportunities by the German-Dutch company in order to be able to generate new business contacts and deliver professional services to end-customers.
The company offers a proven partner program that is profitable for both sides. Sales collaboration between the German-Dutch company and sales partners include order registration, joint region/account planning with a clear partner framework agreement. This is designed to build trusting, long-term relationships that lead to the right customer satisfaction.
