The German company has been dedicated to the production of finest knitted fabrics in top quality since 1978. Every year, more than 1.5 million square meters of finest fabric and spacer fabrics of fashionable and functional area are manufactured by around 50 large circular knitting machines.
The fabrics are of versatile use. The company produces finest knitted fabrics for lingerie, fabrics for costumes and sportswear just as high-technology fabrics for the functional sector.
- Lingerie – Corsetry and underwear:
The right fit is important. That means continuous supply and consistent technical parameters. The company has mastered all this. The products are primarily suitable for thermal moulding.
- Sports and functions – functional and sports underwear:
The fabrics consisting of Meryl Skinlife® and Trevira Bioactive® to which micro silver particles are deposited within fibres. This ensures permanently antimicrobial properties and reduction of levels of odours.
A sophisticated design supported by functional fibres with special cross section ensures moisture transport. The company uses hollow fibres for high respiratory activity and thermal insulation.
- Technical textiles – Special developments for different applications, fabrics for special requirements:
For the purpose of orthopaedics and medicine fabrics are skin friendly and with compression effect. Strong and solid fabrics for industries, resistant and abrasion-resistant fabrics for the use of protective clothing. The fabrics are adequate for various different applications.
On its fine machines, the company produces single jersey, interlock, fine rib, jacquard and spacer fabrics. The production is running in a 24-hours shift operation.
The products are fabricated of natural fibres such as cotton, silk and wool just as synthetic fibres, such as polyester, polyamide, elastane and modal fibre.
The company pays strong attention on where they source the raw materials. The concept of sustainability is taken seriously.
The company is one of the leading manufacturers of spacer fabrics. Due to the size of the company, it is also able to implement customer requests at short notice. Together with its customers, it develops textiles that meet their requirements.
