The company started in 1986, specialising in the installation of American car windows for the American armed forces at Ramstein Air Base before they changed their business modell in 1996 and became one of the most specialised wholesalers for American auto glass. In response to the pandemic 2020, the company expanded its product range to disinfection and sealing products. The sealing products are based on a nano-structure and do not contain silicone. They are suitable for vehicles as well as for indoor and outdoor use. The company manufactures, fills, labels and distribute the products (for ex. online) both to end customers and larger commercial clients. The sealants considerably shorten the cleaning time and effort, increasing efficiency and productivity for users.
The product range includes:
- Sealants for automotive glass: a temporary alcohol-based coating material based on chemical nanotechnology, which provides an easy-to-clean effect on car glass panes. The rubbed-on material creates a thin film on the surfaces, which reduces the adhesion of dirt and foreign matter and allows water to roll off better. Coated surfaces are particularly easy to clean. Another positive effect is the almost 100% elimination of windshield wipers at higher speeds (country roads and highways) and the greatly simplified removal of ice from the windshield in winter.
- Sealants for glass (self-cleaning) is a water-based system that protects glass and plastic surfaces from fogging in outdoor applications (improving light yield and preventing uncontrolled dripping of condensation). The self-cleaning process of the surface is generated by a photocatalysis process in the presence of natural sunlight. Very suitable e.g. for photovoltaic systems, dormer windows, patio roofs, glass entrance areas and all other glass surfaces that are difficult to reach or exposed to the weather. After sealing, cleaning is no longer necessary, in some special cases much more easier.
- Textile sealant: aqueous impregnation for textiles, couches, shoes, carpets, car seats, umbrellas etc. The product forms an almost invisible, thin surface film around the fibre. The hydrophobic effect considerably reduces the rate of soaking when treated textiles or other materials (e.g. running shoes) are exposed to dirt or liquids (e.g. wine on carpet).
- Sealants for BBQs: a coating material based on chemical nanotechnology and creates a very good roll of behaviour of aqueous and oily liquids. However, the main effect is the sealing and this leads to a 90% more efficient cleaning or removal of dirt and greasy residues or bacteria on e.g. grill surfaces made of stainless steel or enamel, but also at any time on sanitary ceramics, household glass and all other non-absorbent surfaces.
- The rim sealant: a coating material based on chemical nanotechnology and produces very good beading behaviour of aqueous and oily liquids and facilitates the removal of dirt from car and motorcycle rims, and also reduces the adhesion of brake dust.
