The German family business successfully sells various consumer products online. Their product portfolio comprises personalized gifts, jewellery, gardening products, textiles and much more. Their products are sold under their own brands via well-known international online market places and in the company's own online shop. Trade takes place mainly to end customers and, to a small extent, also to business customers.
The German company is looking for a co-packaging service provider or a contract packaging company, which specialises in repackaging products such as lawn fertiliser into smaller units. The German company sources large quantities from lawn fertilizer manufacturers but these are not able to repack them into smaller units.
Therefore, they are looking for a service provider to repackage them into smaller packs (PE film bags). The packaging must be printed in accordance with the German company's specifications.
The quantities and packaging sizes required are as follows:
- 2.5 kg: 400 bags (1 pallet)
- 5.0 kg: 200 bags (1 pallet)
- 10 kg: 1200 bags (12 pallets)
- 20 kg: 288 bags (6 pallets)
