The client portal offers a comprehensive solution for agencies and their clients to keep track of projects and organise collaboration efficiently. The solution is completely developed in Germany.
Various service desk solutions are not tailored to the agency business, but are designed to process a few tasks for many clients. In the agency business, it is usually the other way around. FeatValue integrates into the agencies' existing processes and systems. The software offers a solution to the complex challenges faced by agencies in project management by making it possible to manage multiple projects and tasks in parallel while maintaining an overview. By integrating such project management systems as Jira and Asana, the workflows are optimised for the agency business, reducing both the high communication effort and the planning costs, and improving flexibility.
In the premium version, agencies can create automatic schedules. These are generated automatically on the basis of stored customer budgets, capacities and priorities. This significantly reduces the agencies' project management costs. Agency clients can see at any time when a task has been scheduled for.
The workflow for client projects is clearly structured and consists of different phases, starting with "To do" and ending with "Finished". This clear structure makes it possible to track the progress of work transparently and inform clients regularly about the status of their tasks.
