The problems of volunteering are divided between volunteers and agencies. For volunteers, scattered information, unskilled digital support, insufficient preparation of volunteers after they have registered interest somewhere, and the disincentives of volunteering make them stressed and discourage them from participating in volunteer actions. For organizations, the problems are digital inadequacy, difficulty in finding volunteers, volunteer validity and volunteer passivity, forcing volunteers to pay for inefficient advertisements, or harassing older volunteers to come forward to help. Long and continuous crises unite citizens and organization units, forming groups. This
process is covered by the volunteering platform, which digitizes the process, simplifies it, and
creates the best possible conditions. The frequency of activities is ensured by the integration
of an interactive system. The solution offered is for many but in the beginning, it will be prioritized for volunteers, organizations, and large companies. For volunteers, an updated platform of volunteer activities, the platform offers a specialized search engine is provided that to simplify the process according to the interests of each individual. It protects personal data and has rules of misconduct against operators. Also, the volunteers receive additional incentives such as interactive tools. For organizations, access, and visibility are provided to a thematic platform with volunteers to cover the volunteer pool, with valid and/or trained volunteers. For large big companies, it offers an immediate, efficient, and cheap solution to corporate social responsibility services and improves ESG with a focus on human-centricity, making more targeted interventions and designs for greater impact in the final report. The product is a marketplace in which all interested units. The way of communicating with volunteers, volunteer groups and the general population requires innovative forms of communication as it has complex factors (ethics, mentality, examples of fraud, abusive behaviors, etc.). The volunteering platform is targeting the European market. Abroad, volunteering is more widespread but not digitized as the company does. The response the team expects, after qualitative research is done, may be higher than in Greece. The problems we observe are that it will be difficult to find partners - representatives. The product is quite sensitive (volunteering) and therefore errors should be kept to a minimum.
