A Group of Companies, established in 1964, with the aim of starring in the sector of sustainable cotton cultivation and processing, both in European in International markets, while at the same time it is listed in the Stock Exchange Market of Athens, with a 30% Free Float. It is a Vertically Integrated & Managed company, with the main following activities:

- A spinning mill with a total capacity of 17,000 spindles and 3,200 TN of cotton yarn production, on an annual basis. The company's spinning mill has been certified according to the AGRO 2.5 National Integrated Management System standard, for the: “Production of Cotton Yarns ( end processed products ) through Integrated Management practices”. Worthwhile mentioning that recently the company developed its own Internal Certification Scheme “Yarn_ID®” , keeping in mind the increased demand of our European customers for “transparency and traceability” in cotton yarns. Company's emphasis always remains on product innovation, sustainability and customer satisfaction whilst continuously upholding the highest ethical standards and promoting trust and respect.

- Two owned cotton ginning facilities, located in Greece, certified for “GINNING OR / AND MARKET DISPOSAL OF INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT COTTON” according to the requirements of AGRO 2.4 , National Integrated Management System.

- The company has proceeded in April 2022, in the set-up of a new subsidiary company regarding the provision of agricultural supplies. The company' new business step and guided by the principles of verticalization of agricultural production, aims to provide farmers with a complete range of agricultural supplies, significantly enhancing cotton cultivation in the located prefecture.

-In 2011, the company established a 1.3 MWp photovoltaic park which was connected to the network in June 2012 and contributes positively to the group’s cash flow.
Advantages and Innovations
The company produces 100% Greek, sustainable cotton yarns of the highest quality: CARDED - COMBED, WEAVING - KNITTING, DYE CONES - PAPER CONES, TWISTED YARN - SLUB YARN. The newly installed spinning machines can also produce premium compact yarns (Rieter Compact Drum) in count range from Ne 20 to Ne 50. All company's yarns are:
* produced with machine picked, non GMO, sustainable Greek raw cotton.
* double controlled for contamination & free of impurities.
