- Full Description
-
Founded in 2020 by the fashion entrepreneur Anna Papoulia, Sirene Egeenne is a Greek emerging brand that offers sustainable swim & resort wear designed to elevate the ritual of getting dressed for vacation.
Each premium garment is designed and manufactured in Greece. ‘Sirene Egeenne’ came from the harmonious combination of mythological figures, Sirens, and the Aegean Sea.
The brand is committed to making elegant swimwear with impeccable fits for all shapes and sizes that is also good for the environment.
Their new collection, is a journey back to the sundrenched shores of the Mediterranean in
the 60s and 70s. This era was a time of freedom, expression, and a celebration of the simple pleasures in life.
The new collection is also a forward-thinking plunge into sustainable style. While the designs capture the carefree spirit of that era, the materials embrace a modern commitment to
environmental responsibility.
The company is seeking to partner with distributors and agents in Europe in order to expand its reach, reduce its risk, gain local expertise, and improve its customer service. - Advantages and Innovations
-
The company is committed to sustainability and also creates impeccable designs, offers high profit margins, has a dedicated customer service team and is a growing brand with a lot of potential.
All swimwear products are entirely made of Econyl®, a certified regenerated nylon product made from discarded fishing nets, fabric scraps, and other waste.
Econyl® has many benefits over virgin nylon:
- It reduces pollution
- It protects marine life
- It supports ethical manufacturing practices
- It looks and feels great
This innovative material gives new life to discarded nylon, reducing reliance on virgin resources and ocean pollution.
The resort collection is crafted from natural and biodegradable yarns like linen, cotton, and viscose, all breathable and kind to the skin and the planet. They also incorporate vintage fabrics into their collection, giving unused inventory a new lease on life. - Technical Specification or Expertise Sought
