Full Description
The platform has been developed by two Italian consultants to help other career women manage and grow their professional lives. They seek partners to expand the business, through commercial agreements
It is the result of a shared vision between two women, two enterprenerus, of creating a visual way of facilitating career reinvention. They were inspired to create a transformative solution after their experiences of faltering exits from their companies with no defined Plan B, a career full of “fresh starts”, unusual choices and a lingering sense of inadequacy. Drawing on their background as Manager assistants, they created the first Canvas to streamline the mixed skills required in their workplace and be able to adapt them for new contexts. This method allows people to go from employees to C-level managers, freelancers, or any other possibility.
The project was selected to participate in The Break (https://the-break.eu/), an EU-funded programme for female entrepreneurs, and it’s now featured in the book “Professione Career Coach” as an innovative digital tool for career coach professionals.
The company is now launching version 2.0 and aims to empower women globally; despite women facing many challenges in the workplace and as entrepreneurs, when they are fully present and aware of their value, their companies are wealthier, richer, and more sustainable.
The Target
The platform is the ideal product to support women at different stages of their careers, whether they’re working, in the middle of their careers, returning after a break, or starting their own businesses. The target is women over the age of 30-35, often defined as 'overqualified', who find themselves at one of these moments in their professional lives:
• Perception of change: something around or within them is no longer working, there is a perception of discomfort, misalignment or progressive loss of ground in relation to the role they hold. These people know that they need to move in some direction, but they are not yet sure what the right direction is.
• Full awareness of change: they know it is necessary because they are no longer able to stay in their role or because they realise that they are not being valued as they deserve in the role they are in. These people are looking for tools to help them cope with the crisis and the change that will follow.

The company has two customer segments, which addressed through different channels.

B2C
The customer segment being targeted women over the age of 30 who are dedicated to advancing their careers through continuous learning and personal growth. These women are already established in their respective industries or are looking to transition into new roles or industries. They are focused on staying ahead of the curve and acquiring relevant skills necessary for career growth and job security. This customer segment values quality content and is willing to invest time and money into their personal and professional development. They are dedicated to acquiring practical skills, knowledge, and insights that can be immediately applied to their work, helping them excel and increase their marketability.
Channels
They purchase their individual path through the platform. They are targeted through referrals, our ambassador promotions, career and business coaches, social media, blog, direct emails/newsletters.
B2B
This customer segment consists of companies that have prioritized diversity and inclusion in their workplace, particularly focusing on empowering and supporting the growth of their female employees or looking for qualified candidates to hire. These companies are dedicated to fostering an environment where women can thrive and advance within the organization.
