General information

Short Summary
This French group of companies is operating in industrial subcontracting and logistics. It is aiming at providing a unique and innovative offer combining logistics and industrial services thanks to a collaborative inter-company working method. It is looking for new partershipships under outsourcing agreements.
Full Description
Created in 2009 the vocation of this group of companies is to provide a customized response to the complex needs of subcontracting, outsourcing of industrial processes, and delegation of production, by organizing and including varied and recognized experience and know-how.

The skills of this group of companies' members cover a wide range of industrial and service activities that they organize on behalf of their clients.

This rationalization of the production stages and the implementation of a common technical document management system enable them to provide concrete, original and secure solutions to the clients.

Methodology :
Each case entrusted to the group is handled by one of the companies' member, the one that is a priori the most concerned and that assumes the legal responsibility for the operation.
It is, and will remain, the client's sole contact.

This company will work as a co-contractor with the other companies in the group to design the industrial and logistical value chain for the operation. It will set up a planning and monitoring system for production and deliveries.

The group gathers companies specializing in assembly and industrial subcontracting working for major national and international clients.

This combination of integration and industrial subcontracting activities enables to provide tailored solutions involving development operations, technical document exchange and industrial process definition :
• Delegation of competences
• Exchange of drawings and parts lists
• Process validation
• Quality certification
• Validation in respect of standards and regulations

Benefit from the synergy created within the group between industrial companies and service providers and their geographical proximity.

An example of realisation : industrialisation of 350 units in green tech (see pictures below).

The group of companies also provides collaborative work tools (platform for exchanging drawings and technical documents) to achieve a level of organization identical to that of a large company, while guaranteeing responsiveness, flexibility, expertise and responsibility.

In order to support new projects, the group of companies is willing to identify new partners in the following countries : United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland, interested in colloborating with French companies for European market.
Advantages and Innovations
An industrial value chain combining subcontracting and logistics

The industrial know-how of the group's member companies mainly involves sheet metal work, precision mechanics, machining, painting, industrial marking as well as the assembly and integration of electronic sub-assemblies.

Together, they constitute an industrial value chain capable of responding to the major current developments in the industry :
• Outsourcing of production
• Integration and setting on frames
• Delayed differentiation
• Return logistics, repair, refurbishment
