The product is a new innovation based on years of research by engineers. The company is looking for partners as solar collector manufacturers.
Working procedure:
The innovative tubular plate (a plate with tubular line system) is made by cold rolling. As a first step the pure plate gets a layer with a special material. As a second step it is rolled with a special technology and then with a separate technology the requested tubular system is formed.
After this it is coated with black absorber paint which contains different metal dusts. The coated surface is warmed up by the absorbed sunshine. This selective coation is needed to absorb the total spectrum of the 0 - 2.5 micrometer, and on the infrared range of the absorber's own warmth, the reflection to be as low as possible above 2,5 micrometer.
In clear and sunny weather approximately 1 kW radiation reaches every 1 m2 of the surface. The average yearly sunshine in Hungary is 3,17 kW/h (11,4 mJ) per every m2 on a daily basis. Our tubular plate innovation can utilize this amount of sunshine to its full capacity. By this technology the solar panel made with this tubular plate can have a performance with 85% which is the highest on the current market.
General properties:
Resilience: the product is highly resistant to extreme weather conditions.
Expectation of life: 30-40 years, because of the anti-corrosion aluminium alloy.
Aesthetics: aesthetic and if needed it can be also be built in as part of the roof.
Efficiency: even in case of really hot weather there is no idle time like in the normal vacuum piped solar panels.
Over warming: on a summer night when the temperature gets lower the system cools down easily, it is not as sensitive to the over warming degradation. Based on this the idle time temperature is also lower.
Maintenance: because of the lower over warming temperature the maintenance cost is not as high. Change of solar liquid is recommended every 2-3 years. The sheet itself does not need any maintance
Surface demand: the size is alterable, so it can be inserted to different needs, to be and even used on bigger surfaces. - Advantages and Innovations
