The Hungarian electronics manufacturing company is involved in the research & development, prototyping, and manufacture of various electronic devices and products. The company is perfectly equipped to produce printed circuit boards of any complexity in small-to-medium series for their partners. Because the company has its own Prototyping department and has the equipment to manufacture mechanical casings in smaller quantities as well, they are also capable of producing complete devices at their sites as part of their projects with other companies.
The company is seeking partners based in Europe who are already involved in one or more or would like to start research and development projects in the future. The Hungarian small-medium enterprise has various technologies regardless of TRL. The Hungarian company can assist the partner in designing their unique device from the idea stage all the way to a fully finished, shelf-ready product with packaging included.
The company has considerable experience in the field, having conducted numerous R&D projects both domestically and abroad. They have also worked with international consortia and start-ups and are already working with many multinational companies as well.
The company's mechanical and electronics manufacturing department allows it to produce prototypes on short notice and conduct testing for the devices designed by its R&D department as well.
Using state-of-the-art machinery, the Hungarian SME can undertake the machine implantation of various surface-mounted parts (SMD; such as QFP, FQFP, CQFP, LED, etc.) and the manual implantation of conventional parts.
The electronics company utilizes the following machinery in its production tasks:
Samsung SM482 6-spindle pick and place machine: from 0201 to 55 x 55 mm, up to 15 mm height with advanced Flying Vision and Stage Vision technology. Up to 28 000 chip/hour implant performance. PCB size up to 601 x 480 mm.
AUTOTRONIK SP600 semi-automatic stencil printer: Leady or lead-free pasting, up to 600 x 400 mm pasting area. Max. PCB size: 650 x 410 mm. Dual camera for fast and accurate PCB positioning.
ASSCON VP800 vapor-phase soldering system: up to 610 x 460 mm PCB size. Oxygen-free pre-heating and soldering process for the highest quality soldering.
Nordsonselect Novo 300S selective soldering machine: maximum soldering area 300 x 300 mm with a maximum panel size of 500 x 300 mm. Titanium soldering bath and pump, suitable for all kinds of solder alloys. Max. soldering temperature 320 °C. Soldering is performed in a 99.99% Nitrogen environment for oxide-free soldering.
