Nowadays on average one in a 250 people correspond to standard sizes offered by the mass production of the fashion industry. People come in different shapes and sizes and clothing available at retailers most likely should be tailored to fit nicely. Not everyone can afford their whole wardrobe to be custom made. In addition, fashion industry is among the most polluting industries in the world. The fast fashion industry produces enormous amounts of textile products sometimes even not sold but sent straightly to waste. The new thinking is to produce textile products only on demand and to be treated as valuables not consumer products for short lifespan.
This precise and easy to apply method can help produce clothing that fits most of the people no matter what their shapes and sizes are. When multiplying cuttings, each size must be automatically constructed anew, this methodology offers significantly improving the quality of all sizes, including the large ones, which cannot be ensured by the grading systems used so far in reproduction.
In the service of corporate customers, construct a distinctly individual sewing pattern for each customer, which would be valid without maintenance and corrections. This would save producers' logistics expenses and time consumption, as well as improve product quality.
The methodology can help Individualize mass production by constructing the individual sewing pattern at the same time as any standard sewing pattern, based on the individual measurement table (entered into the system).
To supply individual tailors of the styles developed in the company's experimental workshop to individual manufacturers of self-sewn clothes with the help of a cloud service anywhere in the world.
