They are an innovative startup specializing in technological solutions for the transformation and digitization of business and industrial processes, with particular reference to the retail and warehouse logistics sector.
Thanks to a network of qualified partners, it proposes the development of innovative robotic applications and offers a suite of services for complete solutions in the Industry 4.0 sector.
The company also collaborate with professionals and university researchers for research activities in the field of artificial intelligence and mechatronics and in 2020 filed 3 patents for innovative robotic solutions.

They have developed an autonomous machine for package handling equipped with an innovative smart gripper with integrated 3D camera and onboard AI. The smart gripper is developed by the Italian company.

This compact electric vacuum gripper with integrated vacuum generator allows a flexible configuration according to application needs. The gripper features two independently controlled air channels, allowing it to act as a double gripper with grip and release in the same action, further increasing efficiency and reducing cycle time. With no compressor or air supply required, this compact electric gripper is easy to move, and its simple programming makes it quick and easy to reposition for greater production flexibility.

The solution consists of a versatile collaborative industrial robot, offering both a high payload (12.5 kg) and a long reach (1300 mm), making it suitable for a wide range of applications in machine maintenance, palletizing and packaging. It has an easy setup with sector leader company's teach pendant and graphical user interface.

It is equipped with a simple to set up flexible autonomous mobile robots (AMR) that can work 24/7 and improve productivity. Its smaller footprint and greater adaptability help optimize internal logistics without changing the layout. This AMR has a footprint of 580 x 800mm and a height of just 30cm while being able to move up to 250kg at a speed of 2 meters per second.
Thanks to its small footprint, it can drive in tight spaces.

Another solution component is an integration system representing the link between mobile and collaborative robotics. It allows you to easily replace the hardware and equipment on board according to your needs, allowing you to quickly achieve return on investment (ROI).

The solution is equipped with a totem, a charging base with an integrated touchscreen LCD display. Its small size allows it to be easily placed even in the smallest spaces. Inside the recharging base there are the hardware and software necessary to control the operation of the TR1 such as: battery recharge percentage, current mission, position and much more.

The data located on the cobot itself is processed locally through an industrial computer. This is the strong point to make the most of processing speed and cyber security. The solution uses a software developed in the CakePHP environment, a framework written in PHP that enhances and speeds up the development of web applications based on PHP and relational databases.
The environment simplifies interfacing with the database and is based on the use of the model-view-controller (MVC) architecture. The software gives the possibility to manage users and roles by the super system administrator. The system implements an internal access control list. It has a dashboard with widgets of the main plant/system parameters to be monitored and managed with a simplified interface. It allows you to map the robots operating in the warehouse and know the information on the operating status in real-time. Other features of the software are those of warehouse management, product management, order management, and a scheduler for the optimized management of the queue aimed at processing orders.
