- Plant cultivation and seedling germination table features a heated and cooled surface that automatically maintains optimal air quality in the plant growth zone beneath the film. Growing plants under film significantly reduces energy consumption—by up to twelve times. The equipment is ideally suited for integration with heat pump technologies. Patented table surface for plant cultivation under film features integrated heating, cooling, air filtration, and overheat protection. The unit enables year-round plant cultivation in greenhouses with minimal operating costs. The required power to heat one square meter ranges from 18 to 45 W/h, compared to the 350–400 W/h typically needed in standard greenhouses. A unique opportunity to develop autonomous heated greenhouses because of the table surface's low power requirements. Electric batteries and solar panels can be used to operate the heating and cooling processes. This is the first viable solution for using heat pumps in greenhouses while adhering to manufacturer guidelines for high energy efficiency. The patented system maintains optimal air temperature for plants even when water temperature ranges between 28°C and 35°C. Company offers a video demonstration on how a simple system can solve both individual problems faced by greenhouse owners and address global challenges at the European level. Company is prepared to develop mold tooling for mass production and provide technical consultation to ensure the successful manufacturing of a high-quality device.
