History and standards
The company was established in 2001 in their privately owned factory in Peristeri, Attica region and laid the foundations for the industrial production of gyros at a national level and has been a leading player in the evolution of the production process of the product, in terms of taste and quality. The factory has been recommended and used by the Ministry of Health for audits and Greek Government agencies, by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and the Canadian Food Safety Authority. The company is certified on an annual basis and all products are produced with the highest standards; ISO 22000, ISO 14001:2015, IFS & BRC.
In recent years , the company has considerably expanded its production capabilities and safety standards. Its product portfolio has been expanded to innovative added-value food products that respond to the nutritional needs of the modern consumer. At the same time the company continues to offer unique solutions to food professionals who always seek new innovative solutions to differentiate their business.

It's main distribution channels are the Horeca ie the traditional Grill Houses, Taverns, mainstream Restaurants, all day Café-Bar & Hotels.

The daily production capacity amounts to;
• 20 tons of pollen
• 5 tons of souvlaki
• 10-15 tons of meat products
• 1,5 tonnes of processed meat

All their production lines are in compliance with the latest and strictest quality and safety standards. Their operation is designed to achieve maximum energy savings. Alslo, their they have been awarded with the green energy certificate, as 100% of the electricity consumed in the factory is produced from renewable energy sources.

Main products
1.Gyros (meat cooked on a vertical rotisserie, then sliced): products made from various meats (pork, chicken, lamb, beef) in different weights, designed to accommodate all sizes, occasions, and needs of traditional grill houses. Additionally, they offer Souvlaki-skewers products made from various fresh meats, produced through both manual and machinery processes.
2.The nostimost brand became the largest and most innovative brand in the Greek market including minced meat products, chicken products, baked goods, ready meals, Baked frozen products, such as Pork or Chicken Rounds. It was designed to meet the diverse culinary
needs of both Retail and Horeca sectors. The packaging is tailored to specific channels – bags for Horeca and boxes for Retail
3. With the Devesa brand premium angus meats, the company offers more than 20 types of beef.There is Professional packaging, Smaller packaging for supermarkets and the retail market.
