The Lithuanian company has been producing high-quality cold smoked salmon sliced fillet products, marinated, salted herrings products since 1995.
The company has been improving it's salmon production technologies for many years and is now able to offer top-quality salmon products made from fish farmed in Norway. The main products are:
- Salmon (no.1 fish in the production range; approx. 63% of the total output):
* Cold smoked / hot smoked / marinated / salted /dried
* Salmon fillets / fillets sliced / fillet portions / cutlets
* Natural / with spices / with saurce
* Chilled / frozen
* Vacuum laminate / MAP / bag / box / other
- Herring (takes the second place in the production share; approx. 21 % of the total output).
* Salted / with oil / without oil / with herbs / in saurce / other
The company's highly experienced production technologists develop herring products of exceptional taste. It is due to this fact that herring products are loved by the clients.
Only the best quality raw fish supplied by carefully selected companies are used for the production. Physical, chemical and microbiological analysis of raw materials, auxiliary materials and finished products is carried out at accredited Lithuanian and German laboratories on a regular basis.
The producer is seeking to expand export abroad and, therefore is looking for trade partners (distributors, supermarkets and clients in the HORECA sector) to work under private label, distribution and sales services agreements.
