The medium-sized company from Tirpersdorf in the Vogtland district of Germany has its own production facility for curtains and decorative fabrics. The company is looking for a Czech partner in the Asch – Luby – Kraslice area to expand/support it's production. The main focus will be on sewing decorative fabrics and curtains. For example, a 150 or 300 cm wide decorative fabric is delivered, from which the made-to-measure decorative curtains are then manufactured. The decorative fabrics must be finished with tape and hemmed at the sides and bottom. Sometimes large curtains have to be sewn together.
The collaboration is being sought for capacity reasons and to achieve more cost-effective production. Cooperation is offered in form of a supplier agreement. - Technical Specification or Expertise Sought

- Most curtain panels are made from flame-resistant fabric.
- The delivery time should be around 2 weeks.
- A standard size is, for example 145 cm wide x 245 cm high.
- Sometimes several panels need to be cut to size and then sewn together.
- 10-20 panels per week would be the quantity for the start.
- All seams must be of good quality.
