Following the successful setting up of a cooperative that deals with whale watching and environmental education in Italy,
the co-founder set up base in Malta and established a similar company. Originally the Maltese company started as an educational entity organising various sustainable and educational marine spotting boat experiences around the Maltese islands for various groups including schools to teach them about the different cetaceans, turtles and seabirds
surrounding the Mediterranean Sea. Their main speciality is related to dolphin watching and turtle sighting. Given the qualification experience of the founder and colleagues, the company started to carry out various research projects and scientific studies. Amongst other work, they are involved in developing the long-term monitoring strategy for marine mammals and marine reptiles in Maltese waters and have carried out scientific surveys to study the relations between
fisheries and dolphins. They have been awarded local funding from the University's business incubator to continue growing their company. They have participated in a number of EU funded projects and would like to continue growing their network internationally by joining other consortia that are seeking EU funding in upcoming - Advantages and Innovations
