- A Hungarian family-owned SME offers metal frame lightweight construction system with a patent and an own developed surface heating system for every type of construction. The main profile of the Hungarian company is the building system, in which truss elements are the columns of the walls. The company sells the elements of the building frame in Hungary and also construct houses with the technology. Previously the company has built turnkey houses, today only builds structure-ready. It has an own plant in which it produces the metal frame with a welding robot.
The building system is also very easy to construct. It is a cost-effective way of construction and most important it is an energy-saving product.
Based on tests in the laboratory of the Budapest University of Technology, it is expected to be suitable for the construction of earthquake-proof and hurricane-resistant houses. The technical survey and validation is needed.
The main target market in Hungary for the company are the family homes today. It is also possible to build plants and factories with this system. The production plant of the company was also built with this system.
There is no CE certification yet, it should be managed by the Partner for the targeted country.
Building contractors could be a market for the system who would like to change from traditional building techniques or who use some other / less innovative and effective product.
The company has a product group of surface heating systems manufactured in contract manufacturing. The company also installs the heating systems in Hungary.
Commercial Agreement with technical assistance
The company could cooperate in either form:
• Making the technology suitable for sale on the local market, obtaining CE marking, preparing it for local production if required.
• The cooperation can be open for joint further development of technology, testing, validation. Implementation support, license acceptance can be relevant.
• The Hungarian company could be the supplier of either the building system or the heating system.
• If the production could work in the given country, the company would provide the “know-how”.
• The company also ensures the supply of material until a local manufacturing can join the collaboration.

Advantages of the of the metal frame lightweight construction system:
• It is a much stronger frame than the others on the market (10 t load capacity/support column).
• It is easier to install than other systems, because you don’t need to follow a plan of parts.
• Construction requires law level of live work. It does not require special expertise.
Because of the truss support columns the thermal bridge only appears point-wise in comparison to other structures where the columns are thermal bridges in their whole length.
The pipes and wires can be led through the columns without any drilling or folding. There is no need for an external front wall for the wires.
