A German SME has been active in bio and renewable materials and energy for 30 years. The company is continuously innovating and introducing new products and solutions to the market.
The company’s latest development addresses the need or opportunity for temporary power generation, such as on construction sites, in remote areas, after disasters that affected the grid, at festivals or on temporarily unused farmland. It is a mobile modular solar power plant for flexible and self-sufficient power generation that can be used almost anywhere regardless of the grid connection. It generates more than 125,000 kWh of green electricity based on 134 kWp on just 800 square meters.
It is designed for a wide variety of locations, including remote areas. The solar power plant can be installed on any terrain and without earthworks or foundations and foundation work. The entire plant with all modules, the corresponding rail system, accessories and tools fits in a 20-foot standard container. It can thus be easily transported by truck, train or ship to new locations. Three standard sizes as well as tailored solutions are available. The system can be set up by just two people within one day. After assembly, one person can easily move the solar plant in and out in around 25 minutes by remote control.
An associated app provides useful information about local weather and wind forecasts as well as performance and yield data and enables control and monitoring of the system remotely.
The application areas are manifold and include agriculture and farming, construction industry, sports events, festivals, civil protection and development aid, industrial manufacturing, mining or the use as flexible auxiliary generators for wind turbines on the designated crane sites. The solution can be used not only for the operator’s own energy supply, but also to generate additional revenue through the sale of surplus electricity and ancillary revenues (e.g. through CO2 certificates and GHG quotas).
The solution has been tested and bears the CE mark.
Distribution and sales partners are sought. The plant is presently manufactured in Europe. . Depending on import regulations and sales potential in the new partner country, local production can be taken into consideration. - Advantages and Innovations
