Since 1989, the Hungarian enterprise has been serving domestic and foreign customers from 2 locations. The non-profit company enjoys a stable ownership background, closed production technology, 3 decades of experience in the wood industry, decades of returning export partners and a family atmosphere. Own products are made from Hungarian raw materials, with management's commitment to continuous improvement. 85% of their colleagues are workers with disabilities, and their work processes are characterized by increased precision, demandingness and tolerance of monotony.
Everyone thinks differently about people with a disability, and their image is often associated with misconceptions. They are not just people with congenital disorders, but also people who have had health changes throughout their lives. In addition to predictable and regular daily tasks, the company also provides their employees career opportunities, community connections and belonging. In addition to developing the adaptability of employees, by operating as a public benefit corporation, the company reinforces their credo of helping by providing value-added employment opportunities and doing public good that is much needed by individuals and society.
The company has a broad range of experience in contract work:
- Agriculture: crop packing
- Pharmaceutical industry: enveloping, folding, product packaging
- Automotive industry: packaging of parts, screws, cable whip assembly for Honda and Suzuki small engines
- Metal industry: assembly, pressing, packaging of mouse traps, channel clamp assembly
- Textile industry: tailoring, labelling, packaging of various materials, packaging of cushion covers, sorting, counting and packaging of embroidery threads
- Printing: packaging of publications, brochures
- Wood industry: sawing, cutting, nail cutting, various machining operations, contract drying.
