The green transition is not only about technology — it is about people. H2Skills responds to the urgent need for a skilled workforce capable of implementing, maintaining, and innovating within Europe’s rapidly growing hydrogen economy. Rooted in vocational excellence, the project will serve as a scalable blueprint for hydrogen skills development across the EU.
H2Skills will co-develop hydrogen-specific curricula in close collaboration with industry, integrate smart diagnostics and high tech learning environments, and immerse students and teachers in real-life industrial contexts. They target the full hydrogen value chain and place special emphasis on inclusion, rural regeneration, and green workforce mobility.
