General information

Short Summary
European SaaS platform designed to help manufacturers and exporters comply with the EU’s new Digital Product Passport (DPP) regulations. Built for producers of finished goods and raw materials targeting the European market, it simplifies compliance while enhancing supply chain transparency. Special attention is given to small and local producers, enabling them to meet new regulatory demands without technical overhead or hiring additional staff.
Full Description
Under Regulation (EU) 2024/1781 (ESPR), many product categories must have a Digital Product Passport starting from 2026. Manufacturers of steel, appliances, textiles, and other categories will need to comply with new data, format, and traceability standards — creating a heavy burden for those lacking robust digital infrastructure.

Company from Latvia has designed a solution to comply with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2024/1781 (ESPR), based on current guidance and industry best practices. It is built on GS1 global
standards and incorporates key recommendations from CIRPASS and AIPIA. It offers a structured, low-code environment for creating, managing, and publishing machine-readable Digital Product Passports.

Each DPP is:
● Stored in JSON-LD and GS1 Digital Link formats
● Integrated with the GS1 Resolver Network
● Version-controlled and dynamically updatable
● Ready for supply chain, customs, audits, and circularity use

Platform capabilities:
● Assisted DPP generation based on product documentation and metadata
● Multilingual support with automatic translation into 27 EU languages
● Live updates and version control
● Native GS1 Digital Link support for QR codes and data exchange
● Structured storage and export for audits and regulatory checks
● Role-based collaboration and secure access for distributed teams
● Lifecycle, environmental and circularity data tracking

Sector focus for 2026–2027:
● Steel & iron
● Low-temperature heaters
● Dishwashers, washing machines, dryers
● Textiles and apparel
● Displays, tyres
● Aluminium and repairability scoring

The company is looking for industrial partners (steel, appliances, electronics, textiles), circularity & sustainability consultants, trade/export advisors and EU compliance professionals, national associations & clusters focused on ESPR/DPP implementation.

They are looking for Commercial agreements with technical assistance for platform integration and referral partnerships as well as joint visibility initiatives through industry events and EU programs.
Advantages and Innovations
● AI-assisted automation of DPP creation from existing documentation and technical
files
● Multilingual publishing for pan-European compliance
● Built-in GS1 Resolver and QR infrastructure for traceable links
● No-code environment — launch in under 10 days (depending on complexity)
● Schema.org and GS1 data structures optimize discoverability in Google & Amazon
● Simplifies CTO certification pathway for electronics
● Modular and scalable — fits both large enterprises and SMEs
● Structured metadata handling for compliance, audits, and lifecycle management

Additional Benefit for SMEs:
Allows small manufacturers to establish direct consumer communication using the DPP interface. What starts as a compliance requirement can become a growth channel: enabling trust, transparency, and customer loyalty.
