An experienced Polish company, located in south-east region is offering checking, welding and assembly fixtures for vehicle components, for all metal and plastic parts.

Over many years in the automotive market, company has developed a wide range of design and manufacturing services such as:
– Checking fixtures & gauges,
– Automation of production proces: stations for semi-automatic assembly, inspection and testing parts
– Resistance welding fixtures
– Precision custom parts for machines and devices (materials include tool steel, stainless steel, bronze, brass, copper and plastics, products are characterised by a high degree of hardening (up to 62 HRC), which ensures their durability)
– Moulds for vulcanising rubber hoses.

Company is equipped with modern machine park enabling 5-axis CNC milling, turning, EDM, grinding, cutting and bending of highly complex parts with the required manufacturing accuracy. The accuracy of the machining is being confirmed with a dimensional report carried out by own laboratory on a precision CMM.

The final stage of company’s work is to deliver reliable and precise instrumentation to the customer along with 3D/2D documentation and a measurement report. Offer also includes a comprehensive renovation and repair service for control devices worn out or damaged during use on the production line.
