- Full Description
-
Advanced Protection Systems is a Polish company based in Gdynia, founded by two scientists, Dr. Maciej Klemm and Dr. Radosław Piesiewicz. APS develops pioneering FIELDctrl 3D MIMO radars and based on it SKYctrl anti-drone systems, which effectively detect, track, classify and neutralise UAVs. In addition, used ML algorithms allow to automatically differentiate birds from drones. FIELDctrl and SKYctrl are entirely developed in Poland and are the intellectual property of the company.
With a task force of more than 170 technology, military and business experts, as well as scientists, engineers and programmers, Advanced Protection Systems independently develops, manufactures and implements every component of the technology: from the antennas, electronics and mechatronics to software, assembly, tests and finał implementation.
In 10 years, APS has completed over 75 projects, protec¬ting the airspace over critical infrastructure, public events, borders, airports, prisons and valuable military assets. The company provides solutions for the Polish and Ukrainian Armed Forces and is proud to have deploy¬ments in many NATO countries such as Poland, the UK, Norway, the Czech Republic, Finland, and Estonia, as welI as Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Malaysia and South Korea.

APS independently designs, manufactures, and implements all components of its systems, from antennas and electronics to software and mechatronics.
2. Innovation – The SKYctrl system, based on FIELDctrl radars and advanced ML algorithms, enables precise detection and neutralization of drones while also distinguishing between threats, reducing false alarms caused by birds.
3. Proprietary CyView C2 Command System – APS’s CyView C2 system is user-friendly and highly customizable, allowing it to be tailored to the specific needs of users. Its ease of use and efficiency have been confirmed by references, including from the Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander, who successfully implemented the system.
4. Versatility – APS solutions can be applied in both military and civilian markets. The company provides protection for critical infrastructure, airports, prisons, public events, and VIP protection.
5. Integration capability of any sensors and effectors – APS products are highly flexible, allowing for the integration of various sensors and neutralization devices to meet the specific needs of clients.
APS won many prestigious awards, including the Presi¬dent of the Republic of Poland's International Success Award, the Armed Forces Operational Command Award at the XXX MSPO in the Forces Protection category for the SKYctrl container system as well Defender Award at the XXVI MSPO.
