The Polish company is a contract manufacturer of medical devices and in vitro medical devices, as well as other plastic and elastomer products.
The company's specialisation is production of automatic pipette tips, patented since 2005, alongside its packaging and contactless handling systems. The tips are registered medical devices. The company offers a unique packaging solution for the tips, enabling quick and easy rack filling. The tips are available in a wide variety of packaging options.
For years, their products have been recognised in very demanding markets, including Germany, Belgium, Norway, Sweden and the UK. Consistent application of a policy focused on quality while maintaining competitive prices has also allowed them to develop their sales in the eastern direction - they have large distribution channels in Russia, Ukraine, and Lithuania. The specialisation of the company and the focus on producing only pipette tips has resulted in a wide range of both sterile and non-sterile products packaged according to customer needs (more than 40 catalogue items).
A modern and efficient production facility (located near Warsaw) and the use of components supplied by Europe's most reputable suppliers (plastic, filters, sterilisation processes) allow a high quality product at domestic prices.
In order to improve the quality of production management, the company has obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certification.
The pipette tips manufactured by the company are free of bioactive contaminants (RNase, DNase and pyrogens). All their products carry the CE IVD mark.
On top of the described pipette tips, the company can manufacture an extremely versatile range of plastic and elastomer products, such as:
1. food packaging, bottles, caps, containers and canisters;
2. medical equipment, rehabilitation items, laboratory vessels, filters, medical accessories and diagnostic equipment, disposable vessels and syringes;
3. household items, carpeting, fabrics, furniture, tools, parts thereof;
4. suitcases, containers, buckets and small tanks, e.g. for home sewage treatment plants;
5. for automotive industry, in particular cable and wire insulation, body parts, bumpers, mirror elements, cockpit equipments;
6. for construction industry: insulation of building structures, bathroom equipment, pipes in central heating and gas systems;
7. toys;
