The company is a family-owned Polish estate and construction enterprise.

The company is based in the capital city of Poland, however its main area of operation (as well as brand’s location) is at the Polish seaside in the tourist area close to the German border.

The firm is looking for long-term cooperation with estate agencies and estate agents ready to promote and sell its new investment offer – 1st stage.

The offer:
First stage of the offer is a modern 5-storey architecture apartment building with 48 apartments.
The building is already under construction and it is expected to be ready in the summer 2024.

Expected Role of a Partner
The firm is looking for long-term cooperation with estate agencies and estate agents ready to promote and sell its new investment offer – 1st stage (for the beginning).

The apartments can be promoted as well as an investment opportunity for people who would like to rent apartment themselves or by entrusting it to an experienced operator. The management of the facility can be taken care over by the investor’s company, present on the market for several years, with experience in the hotel industry and in managing investment properties.
Cooperation with an experienced operator will provide interested investors with professional advice in planning effective profits from the rental of their apartments. Management model is 70/30.

Especially for those who would like to become investors and entrust the management to the operator, the company proposes: transparent settlement conditions, independent management of apartments by the investor, possibility of unlimited ownership stay, regular rental income.

The estate agencies and estate agents will get the commercial fee regulated in the negotiated contract between the Parties.

If the cooperation goes well, the agencies and agents will be invited for next stages of the investments planned.
